The JIGER 152 was the first true mass production product from Jiger. It was introduced in late 1965. The temperamental nature of the twin engine model was replaced with a single JLO 148cc engine. The power train was completely redesigned to accommodate this single engine power plant. The engine was mounted on the left hand side under the driver seat. The body was changed to accommodate a single headlight mounted in the nose of the body in front of the fuel cap. The large exhaust opening in the rear of the body was eliminated. The muffler was mounted inside the body and exhausted out of a small opening on the right had side of the body. The fuel tank was a metal 6 gallon drum mounted sideways in the front of the body. The seat was a one piece removable form with an access hole for the engine starter recoil.

There were over 1800 JIGER 152's built and it was featured in Popular Science May 1966.
