The first Jigers built for sale were all built to order. They still incorporated the twin engine design utilizing two Tecumseh AH58 engines. The body was constructed from two half's completely fibreglass, one lower and one upper. Two channels down the length of the bottom helped accommodate the chain drive inside the body. The headlight was the same optional chrome module as the prototype attached behind the fuel cap on the hood. The body had a large opening in the rear and an interior cowling for expelling engine exhaust. The tires were the first production JIGER brand tire. They had a single bolt with a dimpled coupler to hold the wheel in place. The wheel hubs were built in the Jiger plant and the rubber was bonded to the wheel hub by BF Goodrich in Toronto. All Jiger tires carried the JIGER logo. There were 305 twin engine units manufactured.
